The Cubiks Team Role Questionnaire (CTRQ) is a new online tool that has been developed to help organisations understand the typical roles that individuals will assume in a team environment. Using the information that is generated by the questionnaire, managers and team members can: - Recognise the preferred behaviour of individuals when working in team situations
- Understand how to modify actions and adapt behaviours in different team situations
- Plan personal development initiatives
- Enable teams to work together more effectively
Through a series of steps, the user-friendly tool is able to provide detailed analysis of an individual’s team role profile and identify which, out of the seven different role types, they prefer.
The tool also helps to identify the typical talents and potential pitfalls of an individual and compare them to a general sample of employees.
