Cubiks has been selected as the as sole provider of competencies for Oracle HRMS in the Europe, Middle East, Africa and Asia (EMEA) region. The Cubiks Competency framework is currently available in 12 languages and can be quickly uploaded into the HRMS system using the Oracle Web Application Desktop Integrator tool.
PeopleSoft:
The Cubiks competency framework is also available to users of PeopleSoft Enterprise ePerformance following the Oracle/Peoplesoft merger.
